Sir (Chief) Ben Emeks is a seasoned administrator and an innovative business technocrat whose business acumen and visionary ingenuity has made both success and an achiever in all his endeavours. A philanthropist well known and respected both at home and in the business community. He is a member of many business associations which include, Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHICCIMA) and United State Commercial Service (NUSA) among several others. Sir Emeka holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in Business Administration from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nkpolu, Port Harcourt. He doubles as the Chairman/Managing Director of Caterpillar Masters WA Limited – a company that have caved a niche in supplies of genuine caterpillar spare and industrial equipment in the whole of Nigeria and beyond. He is the Group Chairman/Managing of following companies – Roads and Building construction; New Idea Asphalt Plant Limited and Chiben Oil Company Ltd. Sir (Chief) Ben Emeka have attended several business and trade missions in the United States of American and Belgium. He is a Knight of Saint Christopher (KSC) and has the priviledge of being the Adviser on Investment to the Bishop of the Niger North Dioceses of Anglican Communion. He loves sports and is married with children.

Engr. Umeh Livinus Chika holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, also Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the same University. He is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and a registered member both of Nigeria Institute of Structural Engineers and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has been involved in construction design and supervision of various building projects in various state in the Federation. He supervised the L.G.A Secretariat buildings and access road in Doma L.G.A in Plateau State. Also construction of Doma Dam and Irrigation project. Has been a Project Engineer/Manager in over 16 oil company related projects executed by Bencov Construction Company Limited from 1982 -1997.

Mr. Unaije is the System Analyst/Secretary of the Company. He has had years of experience in construction industry and professional computer practice. Mr. Unaije holds a University Higher Diploma in Computer Science and PGD in Information Technology from University of Port Harcourt and Federal University of Technology Owerri respectively. A registered member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He is married with children.

Mr. Nnaemeka is the Accountant of the Company. He is an HND graduate of Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, Enugu State. He holds a PGD in Business Studies from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt. He also has a Certificate in Computer Operations from University of Port Harcourt and is a registered member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). His hobbies are; reading, writing, travelling and sports. He is married.

Mr. Arinze Ikejiaku is the company’s Adminitration / Human Resource Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Bcom) in Human Resource Management and Business Management from the University of Kwazulu Natal Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Before he joined the company, he was working with ADH Research, Durban, South Africa as a representative.
