Engr. Umeh Livinus Chika holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, also Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the same University. He is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and a registered member both of Nigeria Institute of Structural Engineers and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has been involved in construction design and supervision of various building projects in various state in the Federation. He supervised the L.G.A Secretariat buildings and access road in Doma L.G.A in Plateau State. Also construction of Doma Dam and Irrigation project. Has been a Project Engineer/Manager in over 16 oil company related projects executed by Bencov Construction Company Limited from 1982 -1997.

Engr. Opara holds a Diploma in Structural and Concrete Engineering from the International Correspondent School London (ICS). With more than 20 years experience in the field, Engr. Opara is the Works Superintendents / Site Manager of the company. He has worked with various construction companies like O.C.C Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt from 1975 to 1984 as a Supervisor Civil Works. He was Engineer Superintendent with Monier Construction Company Limited (MCC) from 1986 -2005. During this period, he was involved in a lot of construction design and supervision work around the country. He was also in charge of the construction of NDDC Egodor-Ogbeingbene road and bridge in Delta State and the construction of Elf Oil locations and access roads at Obagi. Engr. Opara is married with children.

Mr. Ginika Ikechukwu holds a degree in Physics Electronics Technology (Production Technology) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. Before he joined New Idea Construction, he worked with Multi Links Telecommunications, Lagos State. As a technical officer in the company, he was responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the fixed wireless subscriber units, cell sites monitoring and the repair and maintenance of power backup units. He is the Manager (Electrical/Electronics)

Mr Amid is a Syrian citizen and he holds a BA degree in Arts and Humanties from Aleppo University and HND in Civil and Electric engineering from Accad Institute. He has over 9 years experience in construction and asphalt plant operations. He has worked as Site Manager, Asphalt Works in Kamosh Company in Syria. Site Supervisor in Alseif Matta – J.V. Lebanon, Beirut Government Hospital. Project Manager in F. K. Construction Company Limited, Port Harcourt and Project Manager in Asphalt and Construction Co. Limited. He is the Project Manager.

Mr. Riteshkumar Singh is Asphalt plant engineer with more than 10 years experience. He joined New Idea Construction through the contract agreement with Moon Engineering Works Pvt. Limited, a renowned Asphalt Manufacturing company in India. He was in charge of erection, commissioning, operation and servicing of Moon Asphalt Plant purchased by New Idea Construction Company Limited.

Mr Innocent Abuchi Areh holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Idah. Mr Areh was working with Jonny & Co International Abuja as a Supervisor before joining New Idea Construction Company as a Site Manager (Civil). He has about 7 years experience in the field.

Engr. Collins Areh holds a Petroleum Engineering Degree (B.Eng) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He worked for Picoil Nigeria Limited for 2 years as a Sales Representative before he joined New Idea construction Company as a Manager Asphalt Plant.

Mr. Festus Adeyale is the Safety Officer of the company. He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Technical) from the University of Lagos. Mr. Adeyale has attended various safety courses and seminars. He worked with Tractor and Equipment for 8 years before joining Caterpillar Masters WA Limited as CASHES Co-ordinator/Branch Manager for almost a decade and later was transferred to New Idea Construction Company Limited as the Safety Officer.

A seasoned Quantity Surveyor of over ten years experience, Mr Osuji has worked with F.K. Construction for several years before venturing into private practice. He later joined New Idea Construction Company Limited as Head f Quantity Surveying.

Miss Joy Emeka holds HND in Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Imo State. She worked with Ministry of Housing and Environment, Lafia, Nasarawa State before she joined New Idea Construction as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Mr Chile James is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Mubi. He Holds HND in Land Surveying. He has over 15 years experience in land surveying and has worked in several projects. Before he joined New Idea Construction in 2005, he was the surveyor in charge of the construction of dual carriage way linking Aba Road to Airport road, construction of Eliozu bridge, Air Force bridge and flyover all in Port Harcourt.

Mr. Eric Akporobaro is the Workshop Manager. Before joining New Idea Construction, he has worked with Monier Construction Company Limited (MCC) for over 30 years rising to the position of Workshop Superintendent. He has attended several seminars/workshops on lubrication and repair / maintenance of caterpillar earth moving equipment and other heavy duty machines. He is married with children.
